Return Policy

At Be.Professional, we stand behind the quality of our products and want you to feel confident in every purchase. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, we’re here to help.

This Return Policy applies only to products purchased directly from Be.Professional’s official website.

If your item was purchased from a retailer, department store, online marketplace, or any other third-party seller, please contact that seller directly for assistance with their return policy.

Returns (Website Orders Only)

  • Returns are accepted within 30 days of the original purchase date.
  • Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition in which they were received.
  • Proof of purchase is required, such as your order confirmation email or order number.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Products purchased from unauthorized sellers
  • Products not purchased directly from the Be.Professional website
  • Final sale or clearance items
  • Gift cards
  • Products showing signs of use, damage, or tampering

How to Start a Return

Please include the following information:

  • Full name
  • Order number
  • Product name
  • Reason for return
  • Photos, if the item is damaged or defective

All returns must be approved before they are sent back.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of its approval status.

  • Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method
  • Please allow 5–10 business days for processing after approval
  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable

Exchanges

We replace items only if they are damaged or defective upon arrival. If you need an exchange, please contact Customer Support within 7 days of delivery and include photos of the issue.
